What a MONSTER! How could she do something so sickening and evil? My heart breaks thinking about this girl and ALL the things she endured. There is a special place in hell for monsters like this woman.

A Norwich woman and a New Jersey man were charged in a 7-count federal indictment Friday in connection with the alleged sale of a girl for sex in exchange for back rent. Linda O'Connor, 46, and Dean Sacco, 49, of Jersey City, face several charges including production and possession of child pornography and sex trafficking of a child. They appeared Friday before U.S. Magistrate George Lowe at the Binghamton federal court for initial proceedings. Both were ordered held without bail pending trial. In February 2007, a girl who is now 14 years old, told a teacher at an area school that she had sexual contact with an adult male, according to court documents that identified the male as Sacco. The alleged victim said she had sex with Sacco at least five times beginning when she was 12 years old, according to statements she made that were filed with court paperwork. Sacco, who was O'Connor's landlord, was arrested by Norwich police and is facing a state trial in Chenango County on felony charges related to the alleged rapes. O'Connor was charged by Norwich police with endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt. Federal prosecutors contend that during some of the alleged rapes O'Connor and Sacco took photographs. In November and December, the alleged victim detailed additional incidents of sexual abuse to the Broome County Child Advocacy Center and an FBI agent became involved in the investigation last month, according to court documents. The girl told investigators she faced homelessness if she didn't have sex with Sacco, according to court documents. In the transcript, the girl said O'Connor joined Dean in the alleged rapes and in sexual encounters involving her and another Broome County man known to the girl. O'Connor also allowed two strangers to pay her for sex with the alleged victim at a Best Western hotel in Johnson City in December 2006, according to court documents. O'Connor was charged with Count 1 of the indictment, selling a child for the purpose of producing child pornography.... |

Now that is plain wrong having a parent who apparently is having trouble paying rent sell her daughter. If I was having trouble paying rent I would go get another job or something that does not involve selling my child for sex. There are other ways of making ends meet than what this lady stooped to. SO much for protecting your child from harm or abuse.
I hope the girl finds some real help and a safe home to live. No deserves to be treated this badly and I hope they charge the mother with more then just the pornography. Each offense should carry the maximum and to be served sequentially.
