Cellphone Her Distracted Driver Learner

This is a case of why cell phone use should be curtailed by drivers. A person driving a car needs to make sure they are free from many distractions. A person just learning to drive needs to have their cell phone off. That will take away a big distraction from them. Something this driver should have done.
