Real Estate Re-Listing
With the housing market in a slump, some real estate agents have come up with a clever, if troubling, tactic to sell homes. "Nightline" sits down with a real estate agent who "re-lists" homes that have been on the market for over 70 days and haven't sold. Some home sellers argue that "re-listing" is the only way to cope during this tough financial period, but some buyers feel deceived.
