I agree, people would get tired stoning, I also know that there is many, many cases of children being neglected on a daily basis, I have an 18 month old son and 6 year old daugter and I can barely leave them in there beds sleeping without going in to check on them. When you give birth you have an overwhelming rush of love for your child, and cases like these horrify me, if they can do things like this to the people they are meant to love most in the world then what could they do to people they don't particularly like!

People may already know that I read alot of books (non-fiction) based on child abuse and neglect and have gone to bed on many occasions with tear stained cheeks. I believe that more is needed to be done, why didn't anyone here this baby cry? Why didn't anyone notice the child hadnt been seen? What warning signs were portrayed previoulsy? All of the answers to these questions could lead to failures.

You are so right Kim! Personally I try not to read these stories at night because I cannot sleep afterward! Also, instead of making me very sad it makes me extremely angry to the point of having very bad thoughts towards these abusers.

I don't know ANY human could do this to a child, how come nobody heard anything? It is such a heartbreaking ending of the life of a precious baby.
