Sex offenders limited by residency rules
SACRAMENTO - Residency restrictions imposed by Jessica's Law have caused hundreds of sex offenders in California to become homeless, and the problem will get considerably worse in the years to come if changes aren't made, according to a report by the state Sex Offender Management Board.

Well I do nt feel sorry for them. IF they had kept their hands off of innocent children then maybe they would not be in this position. If they are registered because of rape or sexual assault on a adult then they are still unable to live by others. They chose the crime now they have to live in the bed they made.

Exactly! The fact that MOST of them keep re-offending is a huge danger sign for anybody. I don't feel sorry for them at all.
