Recipe Ingredients Recipe details: Pickled Beets with Cucumber and Onion

1 c Pickled Beets

1/4 c Thin Sliced Red Onion

3/4 c Diced Seedless Cucumber

2 tb Chopped Fresh Dill

Just before serving, combine all ingredients in a serving bowl. 77 calories per serving. From Syd's Cookbook.
