In the case where Play by Post's character died can he create another one and join the party again or does he have to wait til we're finished?

Also, JB, I have a plot twist I think would be interesting involving Jonathon and though something tells me you would say no I would still like to bring it forward.

How about Jonathon secretly be working for those in the East City? It would explain how Jonathon was able to calm an angry bar and has done so well during his time in East City. (Yes, me and my wierd ideas)

I never read anywhere that he said he didn't want to play anymore where did you get that idea? I even went back to look and all he said was he was going to see me in Future Earth.

And... Why would you be secretly working for the people in East City if you're adventuring with us, yes that's totally weird.

Hmm, odd I remember reading that he wasn't going to make another character and focus Future Earth.

Lets look at the facts. Does the group know ANYTHING about Jonathon, anything at all about his personal life or life goals? No... Jonathon appears out of nowhere. After finding out who the group is and what their doing he offers up his services. Keeping in mind that Jonathon was poor when he joined and currently has only three coins to his name. Jonathon has never shown much moral restraints, is fine with killing, lying, and even willing to play with others. I have worked hard to make sure he is seen as 'neutral'. He has a suprsingly charming personality yet has hidden himself.

The same thing could be said of Lady Godiva or Oliron's character its not like we were born from the same family or grew up with each other.

Yet has Jonathon never given the group a good reason to trust him, his motives are not clear. It could be justified if he were an agent for another no?

I used to allow that kind of thing back when the Secret Order was a separate Board and Upgraded players had their own Threads to plot against regular Player Characters. I rather keep it simple mostly because the World of medieval has real life puzzles that your characters have not even begun to touch so why try to complicate yourself and not even fulfill the objective of the Scenario? You can take up that kind of thing in the Member Wars Board.

JB I think you missed my question because of all the posts about Thomaslee and his weird ideas for Jonathon. I was asking if Play by Post can create a character and join the story?
