February 27th, 2008

Just months after he told a Port-of-Spain magistrate that his life was being threatened-as he sought to secure the interests of his two nephews who are on trial for importing two armoured vehicles into the country-Marlon Gocking was gunned down in a brazen hit in downtown Port-of-Spain, last evening.

As he fell to the ground, just outside the Underground clothes store on Frederick Street, pedestrians began scampering for safety.

Comments: as horrible as the present crime situation is, does anyone believe that Mr. Gocking was killed in error? If you all really knew who Marlon Gocking was, there would not be this great outrage. When you play with dogs look out for the fleas!

Comments: First and foremost, I KNEW MARLON GOCKING, he was my uncle. Don't speak on people YOU YOURSELF know nothing of. I'm sure you heard things about a very distant past but his murder stemmed from different matters that were far from drug related and/or anything of the sort! The thing that pisses me off about people all over this darn internet is they spreading dirt and creating additional bacchanal my family does not need! Get ya facts straight before speaking on the deceased ESPECIALLY MY UNCLE. If you knowing more than my family then speak up with some concrete facts and then maybe it will be more relevant next time around. Let the deceased rest.
