What are your thoughts about the Traditional Kempo style?

Which Kempo do you mean?
The only one I am familiar with is Doshin So's Shorinji Kempo.
It is a Shaolin based system, it is very diverse similar to ju-jitsu, with two man kata called Embu wich practises both striking and grappling techniques.
It is quite rare in Europe, I have never met anyone who practises it.
Other styles use the word "Kempo" in their title but I have not practised any.
