What are your thoughts about this great dish?

2 1/2 c Water 1 c Converted 1 ts Ground turmeric 1 pn Of chili powder 1/2 Bay leaf Bring water to boil in medium sauce pan. Add rice with spices, stir gently for 10 seconds.
