That is possible it was some time back in high school. Some of the students in the school were Mormon and when I approached them about service and attending they were very evasive and discouraged me from going. It also could just be small town issue I guess.

That is really surprising because even the youth are encouraged to invite friends to church and activities. Of course, you all were teenagers! smile!
There is never a church service that would be closed to non members.

One of these days I am going to go to a service at a LDS church. I have never been to one and I find that going to a different church and listening to their message is something I like to experience.
