Bid to stop blame theory on rape

A campaign is to be launched to combat the perception that women are sometimes partly to blame if they are raped.

Blame Women Rape

I cant remember the last time a woman forced me to have non-concensual sex with her...that's probably the problem. I suspect that is because it never happens and since I have free will I cannot be forced into such a situation.

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with seduction, but rape is wrong and there is no getting around it no matter how drunk, flirtatious, sexily dresses or how many pervious lovers a woman has had.

The below 4% conviction rate for rape in Scotland was pretty shocking. Either they really dont have that many rapes at all in this country, poor charactered plantiffs or a really warped sense of rape.

Rape is Rape. I believe that a woman should be able to dress as she likes. I see ladies walking around sexily dressed but I do not want to Rape them. I have no clue as to why some guys think well she had a short skirt on so she was asking for it attitude. Guys are able to wear what they want without fear of being attacked so why are women treated differently? I guess it just something I do not understand. We need to get rid of all these double standards.

Blame Women Rape

I agree women should be able to wear what they like with out fear of be accosted. At the same time men and women should also dress appropriate for the age and where they are.

Also I pose this, is it ever wise to go out to a club and gyrate provocatively grind up against a complete stranger? So keep that in mind and never put you self in a bad position say in a car in a remote area with another person period. One must always be on the defense to be safe, right or wrong I say play it on the safe side.
