I usually wake up late, so I miss out on the early morning breakfast but I make sure and eat something light once as I do get up. However I find that when I eat something when I do get up I do not feel to eat anything sweet or heavy after that but if I do not eat right away I tend to over do it with sugary foods especially.
I know I have been a big person in the skipping breakfast part. I have worked of late to eat something in the mornings now. I just got done eating a swiss cake roll and a nutigrain bar. Now that is a balanced breakfast for me. I follow that with water. I am hoping to get more into my diet for breakfast. I hope that over time I do a lot better.
