Recipe Ingredients Recipe detials:

1/2 pineapple -- med.

1 cup water

2 packages gelatin

1 1/3 cups ricotta cheese

1 cap vanilla extract

1 cup diet soda -- (Fresca, Lemon,

-- Creme) Sweetener to taste -- (3 pkg.)

Boil the pineapple and water for 20 minutes. Blend soda and gelatin. Add to cooked pineapple, chill until syrupy. Blend well. Add all other ingredients a nd blend. Place in pie pan and refrigerate.
