An Italian man has been jailed for more than two years for putting pornographic pictures of his ex-girlfriend on the internet and sending them out in more than 15,000 emails.

My question is, why do couples take nude photographs of each other in the first place? When I was dating my spouse before we were married, he never asked me to pose nude for him and likewise. I suppose couples think it is exciting and it never occurs to either one that, those nude photos would come back to haunt them! I am not saying that ex lovers have the right to post these nude photos online, but if you did not pose nude in the first place, then there would be nothing for you to be concerned about, after you end the relationship! Just my opinion!

I think if you pose nude for someone you are going to have to accept the fact that eventually they are going to end up on the internet. To send a person to jail because he shared the nude photos of a ex-girlfriend in my opinion is not right. But that is just my opinion.
