Wow, what kind of "caring" daughter would do something like this to her own mother? I wonder if she was fed up of taking care of her and just hoped she died?

| SARASOTA, Fla. - A woman was charged with leaving her mother to die languishing on the floor for two weeks after she suffered a debilitating fall. Helen Frizzell, 94, died hours after she was found by authorities in November. According to police, her 65-year-old daughter brought her food, cleaned her and used bug spray to keep away swarming insects. Carole Mae Frizzell told police she could not lift her mother, who insisted that she not call 911. Authorities did not arrest Carole Frizzell for more than three months because they were awaiting an arrest warrant and were unsure how to charge her. Records show she was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with felony neglect of an elderly person. She was released after posting $50,000 bail. Records do not indicate whether she has an attorney, and she did not have a listed home phone number. Helen Frizzell was found after her daughter tried to buy a car for $15,000 in cash and aroused the suspicion of salesman Steve Forshaw. He went to pick up Carole Frizzell at her home to finish the transaction and she told him her mother was dying.... |

SO let me get this right. You did not call 911 because your mom said not to. You could not lift her after she fell. DId you not have anyone else in your family you could call to come help? Did you not think that maybe she was injured in the fall and to call 911 even though she said not too.
Hmmmmm something just does not add up here. then she wanted to buy a car with cash. I think she pushed her so she would fall and get hurt hopefully cracking her head on that coffee table by the couch. I think this gal even though she is in her 60s needs to spend some time in jail. Let her kids and grandkids have great grandmothers inheritance.

I think you are correct there KNToran, there's no excuse whatsoever for what she did!
I mean even if it was an accident, who in their right mind would just leave her on the floor for more than a day, let alone 2 whole weeks!
I'm sorry, but if she had to go down and spray bug spray near her mother to keep insects away...it pretty much sums up to me that there is something majorly wrong going on!
To my mind, it's just another case of an evil walking person trying to wriggle out of a heinous crime conviction!
