Ingredients
1/3cupbutter or margarine
1 1/2teaspoongarlic, minced
1teaspoonworcestershire sauce
1teaspooncayenne
1/2teaspoonblack pepper
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspooncrushed red pepper
1/2teaspoondried thyme, crushed
1teaspoondried basil, crushed
1/2teaspoondried oregano, crushed
1eachlarge tomato, diced
1poundmedium shrimp, peeled, deveined
1/4cupbeer, room temperature
3cupcooked rice

Directions:

In large skillet over high heat, combine margarine, garlic and worcestershire sauce; add seasoning and herbs. When margarine is melted, add tomato and shrimp. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring evenly. Add beer and cover; cook for 1 minute longer or until shrimp are pink. Serve over rice.
