I will have to wait and see. Maybe the interest rates will fall for those of us who have had the foresight to make sure our mortgage was paid and not get into foreclosure worries. I would like to see something done for those who are still paying their mortgages and not falling behind like those who have. bailing them out so they get a nice house cheaper is not fair. But then again life is far from being fair.
