Romance is what is expected as being romantic between the parties involved. Is being romantic learned or natural behavior?

Brandon, I feel that romance is both natural to some people and in others this is a learned trait. I believe that everyone is naturally romantic in some way. The other side of this is that the circumstances and or environment that a child is raised in has a lot to do with their romantic qualities or attributes when they become old enough to truly express themselves.
