I have never personally gone this in depth as to analyze each of my worries and possible solutions. I have in the past made a list of things that I was worried about and over a weeks time was able to cross off well over half of the items as I realized that I had no reason to worry about them at all. But I believe this is great advice for anyone that worries at all.
