Every Parent's Worst Nightmare History & Civil Business Politics

I have no clue what released on license means but if he is such a risk of reoffending then he should not be released at all. I think keeping him prison for a longer time would be more prudent. Granted he will be around 50 when he gets out but he will still prey on little girls. I think this is a good case for castration.
