What exactly this mean? Could please anyone explain? This guy is going to be out in less than 24 years and then what? Yes, he is going straight and rape kids again!

I have no clue what released on license means but if he is such a risk of reoffending then he should not be released at all. I think keeping him prison for a longer time would be more prudent. Granted he will be around 50 when he gets out but he will still prey on little girls. I think this is a good case for castration.
