1 pound extra lean ground beef 1 tablespoon onion -- minced 1 can biscuits, canned 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons brown sugar 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Brown hamburger; add sauce, onion and brown sugar. Simmer. In greased muffin tin, put 1 biscuit in each cup and shape into a cup. Spoon hamburger mixture into cups. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. |
