Blamed For Noisy Pet
When your pet makes a lot of noise such as barking or constant meowing do neighbors blame you for not doing enough to shut your pet up?

Pet Noisy Blamed
Well since I keep my cats inside my neighbors can not hear them. They do not meow a lot and enjoy sneaking around. My outside dog is one that does not bark unless something or someone is in or close to his territory. SO I have not had to worry about the neighbors complaining.
