If you do something stupid do others tend to blame your parents for not raising you right?

To a certain extent we are a product of our upbringing.

But ultimately we are responsible for the decisions we make when we are old enough to think for ourselves.

We tend to blame others for our own mistakes, and it lets us continue in our stupid behavior, thinking we can't help it.
