Craving

Craving has to be learned. If you have not tasted it before how can you crave it. You can not want something bad enough to crave it if you have yet to try it. I think the only pregnant women crave a mixture of foods they already have tasted and need the mixture to satisfy some weird chemical thing in their head. But then again that is just my opinion.

Craving Health & Special Psychology

Kntoran is spot on... you can'ty crave something you have no knowledge of.

I recently gave up smoking.

It sounds so easy when you type it, but I have to tell you about the demons who constantly pursue me... the demons of craving.

They are insidious, these demons, because they don't have to pester you. They just sit and watch and wait.

It becomes a test of wills... does the demon win, or do you?

I'm eight weeks without a cigarette, but the demon is still there. I think he'll be there forever, but every day I don't light up is a lessening of his stature.
