1 lb turkey -- cooked 1/2 c cracker crumbs or bread crumbs 1 c rice -- cooked 1/2 c onion -- chopped 1/4 c carrot -- grated 1/4 c celery -- chopped fine 1 1/2 tsps mustard -- prepared or Dijon 1 tsp garlic powder 1/8 tsp white pepper 1/4 c tomato sauce 2 egg whites 1/2 c ketchup 1/4 c honey Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking. Combine all= ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a= prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread= evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.=20
