Yeast Vs Powder Baking

The only time I use paking powder in a recipe is because it specifically calls for it. Usually in cookies or a cake. If I am working with a bread or a pizza dough I will rather use yeast instead.

Yeast is only used to make dough. Baking powder or soda is used as a riser to make lighter products. Eggs can be used but make a harder product then the other two.
