Hazard Laceration Due Steel Wolf Recalled Inserts Fireplace Gas Propane

Well that does not sound good at all. If the build up of gas caused the glass to break does the glass explode outwards or does it just crack and then fall to the floor? Either way it is a serious hazard and I am glad that they have recalled them.
