Insearchof Introduction

I am a 30 year old female, who is physically active, love sports practice mixed martial arts, have a great job in advertising, live in a lovely neighbourhood and have all going for me.
I used to be a practising LDS but have been inactive for a couple of years, hoping am not too far gone and can get my faith back.
I love reading, drawing (pencil work) and have been trying to write a book for years (one of these days will hopefully finish the same).
Am here to discuss everything and everything but more importantly to discuss LDS doctrine.
I am very open minded but can have strong opinions at the same time.
I look forward to making a great contribution to this site and learning lots.
Right now am in search of the ever elusive truth

As far as finding the truth good luck with that. I have been looking for it and I keep coming up with the answer of 42.

42 sounds great, however truth in the spiritual sense does not seem to come in numbers. There is the constant need to believe in something beyond what we see... that's what am seeking.

Yes believing in something greater than all of is something that you need to continue to grow in. The ability to be with others who believe as you yourself believe helps you to grow in that aspect. It is hard to find growth in the written word be yourself. Having one or more people to communicate the written word with helps you achieve more as you all grow in the word. As more understanding comes forth the deeper into the doctrine your able to go and understand.
