Leaders of the Church of Wales are holding a vote whether women priests can be ordained as bishops.

I generally do not argue about religion because a person's belief system is so personal that they will generally become offended wether the point you are making is right or not. However, I do wonder about women seeking to hold some kind of ecclesiastical office, is that what the Bible teaches?
