Psychology Of Criminals 4
Kill in self-defense, but had been extremely provocative towards the victim
I wonder, maybe they were hoping for this ending.
Notes about this Topic: There was a documentary called, "Most Evil" (Discovery Channel) with forensic psychiatrist Michael Stone who rates murderers on a scale of evil that he developed. This is one of many Threads with the same title I would like to Discuss.

Well there are also levels of provokation. Simple teasing over a period of time can cause some to murder all their peers like we see in the school shootings.

this is still murder. Even if they were simply provoked and they went out and killed then they went out and killed they are still guilty of murder. They planned their attack thus that is premeditated. This fits in with 1st degree. They also know it is wrong to kill but they still do it thinking it will stop the teasing. Since they kill others besides those who teased them it is murder. Even if they only killed their teasers it is still murder. If one of their teasers killed them first before they had a chance to kill them and tried to claim self defense they would be guilty of murder for they are the ones who caused them to "snap" and want to kill others. That is of course my opinion.
