Ever since they first started using ieds against the american troops in Iraq I figured it would not take too long before these became a world wide threat to everyone. Since they have proven so successful under military operations they should prove to be very effective in civilian areas.
This is a difficult one because on one hand you have the education and then on the other you have those that are up to no good.
