3 1/4 c Confectioners' sugar

Sifted; divided 5 tb Flour; all purpose; sifted

1/2 ts Salt

5 tb Cocoa

6 Eggs

1/4 ts Cream of tartar

1 1/4 ts Vanilla extract

1 tb Water

1 oz Unsweetened chocolate

12 lg Marshmallows; or 3/4 cup

Miniature marshmallows 1 c Whipping cream

2 tb Sugar; granulated

3 tb To 4 tablespoons light cream

1/4 c Pecans; chopped
