I figures I have time and the darn thing has stayed off but I did not get any error codes so I know it is a connection at the sensor.

Well take it off and clean the connections so your getting a better connection when you put the senor back on. Or maybe the senor is going bad and it has not generated a error code.

That is my plan just need to stop other work to do it....good thing it not critical issue or I would have by now. Lost my back up also so it could be the sending unit in the tranny yes I will just clean it and check the bulbs first. I need a second copy of me to do this stuff.
