Working up a sweat while performing household chores could benefit your mental health, a study suggests.

Some things just make me want to say "duh - ya think?" It has long been known that physical activity can improve your mental health. And who doesn't feel better in clean, orderly surroundings. So it makes perfect senses that exercise (including housework) in a clean, orderly environment is going to do wonders for your mental well being. I wonder how much time and money was spent to figure this one out?
I got the figure off a recent, well not so recent, study with pigs. Iowa State University was awarded a $3 million grant to find out why pigs smell so bad.
Hello! Any farmer can tell you they smell so bad becasue they lay in their own feces and urine all the time. In fact they roll around in it. This is the prime reason they smell. You would smell too if you did that day in and day out.
Yes Mental health can improve a whole lot if you clean up your area. I know pigs seem happier when they are clean.
Clean your house and then clean your fridge and clean your gut. Nice clean fresh smelling house and inside you're a ticking time bomb of disease. A lot of people need to take a serious purge and clean out the inner home and everything will become clear as dayilight. I'm serious America!
