Victim fights for death-row dogs
Two Havelock North dogs are on death row after killing two pet rabbits - but the rabbits' owner is urging the council to spare them.

Dogs Row Death
If the dog has been deemed as a vicious animal and has attacked before then it need to be put down. IF this is the first or second offense then let it off and warn the owner that it is on thin ice. There are enough vicious animals in this world we do not need more of them. Especially where the owner is not controlling them.
