I bet they will used this to try and blame it on US involvement. If this is domestic terrorism then I have to wonder who would target a mosque.

They will blame it on the US saying we did it because their leader thinks everyone loves him. I have the feeling that this is a inside job by those who feel their leader is not doing what they feel he should be doing. His agenda of getting rid of Israel or in sending troops to battle the US in Iraq is not helping the people of Iran. Maybe the people of Iran are trying to send a message to their leaders.
There have been multiple attacks in the Iranian capital of Tehran, according to state media.
A woman was arrested after a bomb attack and shooting spree at the Ayatollah Khomeini shrine south of the city, the semi-official Fars news agency reports.
The news agency reported that a second attacker is currently surrounded by security officers.
That attack occurred at the same time as a shooting in the Iranian parliament, in which at least three people were injured after an attacker stormed the building in central Tehran, according to state-run Press TV. Ref. CNN.
Now that is an interesting twist. Why would a state sponsor of terrorism be the target of the Islamic State? Is it that ISIL wants to make inroads into Iran and they are encountering opposition from the government?
