Firm sued over decomposing body
A teenager sues a funeral company after her family visits her father's decomposing body.

What kind of funeral home would not keep the body stored properly! I can not imagine the pain of coming to say good bye to your father and being met by such an awful site and smell.
They should be fined and license revoked for a stunt like that. I hope the lawsuit is a success.

I agree to go and look at your fathers body and to find it in such a condition makes me wonder if they even have a license to do this type of work. I full investigation should be made and some compensation be awarded to the family
Body Decomposing Sued
This really is disgusting and terrible for the family.
I agree that the girl should have a case against the funeral company, but nothing is ever going to put this right for her or her family, it will at least make them feel better that they are letting the funeral company know that what they did was wrong, and totally unacceptable!
It makes you wonder how many other times this company has done this, and haven't been caught out!
