2 c GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS 1/4 c NUTS, finely chopped 1 ts CINNAMON 6 tb BUTTER, melted Mix well and pat into bottom -and sides of 10" springform Pan. CAKE 24 oz CREAM CHEESE, unwrapped and -softened in Microwave 1-1/2 minutes 1 1/4 c SUGAR 1 tb VANILLA 1/4 ts ALMOND EXTRACT 5 JUMBO EGGS, unshelled and -warmed in microwave 25 Seconds. 4 c SOUR CREAM 1/4 ts SALT ** CRUST |
