Behaviour contracts for students

Some universities are asking students to sign contracts requiring them to work hard and dress smartly.

with the price of tuition going up to where I will be hard pressed to send a kid to school I do not think they havea right to force a child to sign a contract too. I believe if enough students decide not to sign this the university will be forced to abandon this or not have enough students to pay for their professors or admin staff. The local community college is looking better and better daily.
