This is true and it works both ways... They hold to heart both the negative and the positive things that you tell them. If I ever have children I'm going to think about this more.

That's true, that's why some children commit suicide because their parent's calling them names. That's what I called Evilness!

That is evil but I don't know that children commit suicide for name calling, there might be more to it than that like s-xual or physical abuse but yes its bad to call anyone names really.

Yes, they have been many cases of suicide due to verbal abuse. Imagine being treated like a dog and called the ugliest names possible every single day from the people who are supposed to love you and care for you.

This isn't always the parent it could be their own friends or other children their age. I bet most of us can remember being called names at some point of our lives growing up.
