Recipe details: with Garlic and Eggs
1/2 lb Dry pasta 2 ea Eggs, beaten 1/2 c Olive oil 4 ea Cloves of garlic 2 T Parmesan cheese 1 ea Salt and pepper, taste Cook pasta. Heat the oil in small frying pan, add garlic. Saute for just a moment. Drain pasta, toss all ingredients together. Salt and pepper to taste. |
