2 oz Turkey -- cooked, sliced thin 2 sl Tomato -- sliced thin 1/2 oz Alfalfa sprouts 1 Croissant -- split 1/4 c Chef-Mate Golden Cheese - Sauce -- heated 1. Place turkey, tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts on croissant. Ladle Golden chese sauce over sandwich. Serve. Makes 1 sandwich Source: Carnation Company -- --- |
