Recipe Ingredients Recipe details: Lunchbox: Cheesy Micro-Melt Hot Pepper Ham Sandwich

2 Thick slices sourdough bread

- or italian bread, toasted 2 tb Hot pepper jelly

4 sl Cheddar cheese, thin

2 oz Shaved Black Forest ham

Pack in a container with crunchy coleslaw. Carry the paper towel-wrapped sandwich in separate air-tight container. Spread 1 side of each toast slice with jelly. Lay cheese on top of each. Top 1 of the slices with ham; invert remaining slice over top. Wrap in paper towel; microwave at High for about 1 minute or until cheese has melted. Per Serving: about 515 calories, 27 g protein, 18 g fat, 61 g carbohydrate Excellent source calcium, good source iron.
