Comments: First of all Ogden Trece is a small city gang in Ogden Utah it has estimated 530 members of whom only about 350 are active in Weber county. It is broken into two subsets which are Centro City Locos or CCL and Ogden Trece or O13. They are a small problem here in Ogden the gang that is a real problem do to homicides drug trafficking and graffiti is the 18st gang, a world wide gang based out of Los Angeles. 18st has an estimated 780 members in Ogden, of whom about 560 are active in the streets of Weber county. They too are divided into two subsets which are South Side 18st Tiny Diablos or SS18TDS and West Side 18st Criminals or WS18CMLS. Both TDS and CMLS are united as one gang which is 18st they get along and and have the same rivals (O13, Nortenos, Crips, Bloods) they out number every other gang in weber county and are the most active with members in prison calling shots 18st fits into the Surenos prison gang so does o13 but o13 is disowned by the Surenos since 18st members are a primary number in the Utah prison system. 18st is also found in large numbers in other city's in Utah such as Salt Lake City and other surrounding areas. They also sometimes click up with other Sureno gangs in the streets such as East Side Colonia Chiques 13 and The Avenues (Another gang based in Los Angeles) but are bitter rivals of o13 and their allies, Death Row Killers (A blood gang faction), Ogden Violant Gangsters (A crip faction), West Side 24st (A Norteno gang faction) which have all teamed up to defend themselves from 18st in Ogden city. Many people think that there is no gang problems in Utah but there is, its no where near the gang problem in California but it is rising at a quick rate with members doing more and more recruiting.

Comments: Ogden 013 is a problem but the thing is that it will never get as bad as in California its been the same ever since I've moved here and being involved in a gang here is not as bad either every one talk to each other Surenos Ogden's Crips and Nortenos sometimes.

Comments: Ogden 13, how can they not get along with Douthsiders from California. But represent the 13 wich means and represents Southside California? The 13 means more than just Southsiders, it means the 13 letter of the alphabet "M" which means the Mexican Mafia or La M. I dont know, you hate Douthsiders but your claiming them. That makes no sense.

Comments: I was born and raised in Ogden UT there's a lot more members than that. They don't like any other gang than 013 red blue green brown don't matter if you aren't Ogden your an enemy. I knew the leaders son so I was around them a lot so any questions on 013 just ask.
