Comments: What I dont get is why the o13 call the other Surenos Scraps when in reality are they not offending themselves? Someone explain please.

Comments: I heard that Ogden Trece are the ones getting beat up and slapped around in the prison system because they talk to the Bloods and Nortenos. That's why the Surenos don't like them. But like that other person said, why do they call the 18 streeters and other Surenos scraps? when they whistle like Surenos, dress like surenos, they even have the 3 dots thats Surenos made famous tattoo on them! are they like MS 13? 18th st seems to show more respect and loyalty to the surenos, after all they are Surenos in the prison system and streets. but why do they have little kids claiming they are 18streets and then denying it when confronted? That just makes the whole gang look bad. Lately here in Ogden all the gang violence seems to be at a low other than burglaries and drugs and things of that nature. OPD is doing a good job.

Man stabbed at Ogden gang house already under injunction

The house was a known hangout of the Trece gang. On Sept. 27, 2nd District Judge Ernie Jones declared the 485-member gang a public nuisance and granted Weber County prosecutors' request for an injunction - the first of its kind in Utah. Gang members are accused of everything from graffiti to murder. The injunction prohibits members from associating with one another in public, being around guns, drugs and alcohol or staying out past 11 p.m. Ref. Source 4

SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments on a controversial injunction implemented by the Weber County Sheriff's Office that will classify those associated with an Ogden street gang as a public nuisance. [..] It also prohibits those believed to be involved with a gang from doing anything that police would think was "annoying, harassing or challenging" and imposes a citywide curfew for those believed to be in the gang from 11 p.m. To 5 a.m. Every night of the week. Out of curiosity what became of that injunction? Seemed like a play on constitution rights mixed with the public just not wanting Ogden 13 around?
