A toddler who fell out of a moving car and was whisked from a firefighter's arms by his grandparents has been found.

I hope that the parents of this child gets him looked at by medical personnel soon. TO take a nasty fall like that and not take him to a hospital is ridiculous. IF I was the firefighter I would have taken the license plate down so they could be charged with reckless endangerment.

Who is their right mind would not have when to emerge immediately seeing the condition of the child. Was it fear of being charged with neglect since the child was obviously not in a proper seat belt. yes in a loose car seat n the back but not tethered in properly.

Once out of sight and the relatives seen the baby why would the y not have taken the child? Something is being hidden hear and stinks like day old fish left in the sun.

I bet it was the old codgers themselves that placed the call and lied.

Yes something here stinks. I would say that the two elderly people need to be educated on how to properly restrain a child and child seat into a car and be charged with neglect. They need to find the child and make sure it is ok. The police should do more of an investigation. Maybe someone will come forward with more info as to who these people were.

I hope so also as I still think it was more then just they were scared of being charged with the child not being tethered properly. Love to get my hands on that pair.
