They finally got him. The government has been after Samsung starting about the same time as the US started charging Enron officials. Graft is very common in S. Korea and that is what they basically are getting this guy for even though the charges were dropped against Samsung recently. It is ashame that they are not going after the guys that took the payoffs and sat in a cushy government job.
