Dirtiest Places In Trinidad and Tobago

Comments: With no rain for a long time some places in T&T really smelling bad, I mean real bad. There are some places that are really bad though, the people in these areas just littering the place and throwing stuff everywhere. Don't get me started on Curepe, Chagunas and San Juan. Anywhere else more dirty?

East Dry River, Sealots, Laventille, some parts of Curepe and Tunapuna. All over Trinidad has their dirty places and with no rain for weeks the place stinking bad.
